"This place was incredible. It was essentially a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen a full living room and dining room. Location is incredible for Mayfair and Hyde Park. The only criticism I had was that I had a room at the front of the property. It faced onto a popular cut through road so you could hear the traffic outside until around 1am. "No plugs by the bedside to charge phones. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels up after a shower. You can’t turn on individual lights but have to select full or mood lighting. We asked to switch rooms and were told there were no rooms available to swap but when we explained some of the lights weren’t working there was suddenly a room available for us to check in to. The shampoo bottle was empty and had to call twice to get it refilled, it took over an hour for staff to replace the empty shampoo container. Check in staff did not advise us the pool was closed for maintainance and we only found out when we went to the pool. If you want room service you have to remember to call the staff and ask them to clean your room. Overall a very expensive hotel which lacks basic amenities like plugs by bedside and hooks for towels. Staff could have provided a much better service. This hotel is not worth the price paid although it is in a good location the room is very basic!"

"This facility is for the traveler that only needs a bed and a bathroom. There are no tables or dressers or chairs in the rooms. No extra amenities except for a coffee shop in the lower level and the vending machines for drinks did not work. They were short on pillows and we had to ask several times for a couple of extra pillows. Every time we were out of toilet paper, we needed to ask for more toilet paper and they would only give us one roll at a time. The beds were a mattress on a platform and they were not comfortable. The linens were clean, the rooms were fairly clean. Our room could have used another sweep, but not bad. A false emergency alarm went off at 8 AM and we could not go back to sleep due to construction noises in the hotel. The staff was fairly helpful. I would stay again, but only if it was overnight, not for an extended stay."

"Family had a total of 4 rooms and everyone had issues with the AC not cooling. Building is old and they tey to keep it painted and clean but the halls have a distinct smell in some areas. dusty ac filters, vents and baseboards. bathrooms are small. you sit on the toilet and your arm hits the sink. moldy tiles in bathrooms. this was room 659"

"Had a great stay at CitizenM Victoria! The location was one of the best parts — being right next to Victoria Station made getting around London incredibly easy, especially travelling solo. It was super convenient for trains, the underground, buses, and getting to and from the airport. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a really nice atmosphere. The area felt busy but safe, even at night, and there were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Overall, it was the perfect base for exploring London and I would definitely stay here again."
