"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. Calling support was partially helpful given that...

"Gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit Garten und Garage. Gut gelegen in der Nähe des Schlosses und nahe am See in Thonon-les-bains. Aber: Die Küchenausstattung ist minimal (2 Wassergläser für 4 Personen etc.) Fragen werden vom Gastgeber erst am Tag der Anreise über WhatsApp beantwortet. Auch die Check-in Informationen erhält man erst am Tag der Anreise über WhatsApp, was bedeutet man kann nichts planen und man braucht W-Lan oder Roaming Daten während der Anreise."
