Wonderful stay

Rental was as described. We had a rental car and there was ample parking available on the property, behind a remote gate. Be prepared to walk up a straight flight of stairs to the third floor, a converted attic. The rental was clean and bright. Totally met our needs.

Piece of heaven

We used this beautiful upper story flat as a staging place for day trips around French Switzerland. Very centralized location for us. The double patio doors open to an incredible view of the landscape and Lake Geneva. Located in an upscale Lausanne neighborhood, we found it easy to get out of town for our travels. Local grocery stores and eateries are minutes away. Sonja, our host, spoke excellent English and was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Two thumbs up. If we’re in Lausanne again, we know where to stay!

RELAXING STAY

We were here for my daughter's wedding. Property is behind a driveway gate with plenty of parking space. We rented a car so that was a plus. It's in a residential neighborhood with access to public transportation about a 10 minute walk away. I would recommend a car to get around.Pack light because you will be carrying you luggage up to the third floor, a converted attic. The owner lives below you. It is bright and clean, as in the listing. There is plenty of storage space in the master bedroom. It met our needs. We didn't cook as we were running around for the wedding but the tools were there. to do so. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It would be a place we would come back to so as to visit the new family.

Check-in war leider etwas erschwert. Konnte aber erfreulicherweise alles gelöst werden. Ausstattung der Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles sauber und sehr chic. Ein Bett der Kinder war nicht in Ordnung. Wurde jedoch sofort ausgetauscht, nachdem wir dies angemerkt hatten. Schöner Blick über die Stadt und den Genfer See.

Perfekte Herbstferien-Location

Wir haben eine Woche Familienurlaub in Lausanne verbracht und die stadtnahe und dennoch ruhige Lage der Wohnung und die wirklich bei jedem Wetter wunderbare Sicht sehr genossen. Für zwei Eltern, zwei erwachsene Kinder und ein drittes, das aus seiner Lausanner Studenten-WG zu Besuch kam und auf dem Sofa schlafen durfte, war es perfekt. Das "Kinder-Schlafzimmer" ist nicht ganz so komfortabel wie das "Eltern-Schlafzimmer". Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war völlig unkompliziert, und sie war sehr hilfsbereit.
