Great hotel! Definitely a bit quirky but in a good way. Great location. Make sure to use the elevator if coming from train station. There are 2 that will take you to the lower street. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Marlen at front desk was wonderful !

The last time i was at this property was nearly 15 years ago. It is still clean and well kept. The room we had was a bit small but ok for us. You could call them and request a larger room after the initial reservation. There is a nice breakfast available for 18 CHF but the regular restaurant wasn’t open at this time. There were lots of other restaurants within a few blocks walk.I was here before in winter and was kept warm. This time was summer and there is no air conditioning. There is a fan in every room and the windows open so cool air is available at night. I would stay again!

Maren was the BEST! She checked us in, was available for questions later and was handling the breakfast. She was a huge PLUS for us! Rooms were cozy and breakfast was delicious with many options. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place - service was brilliant, really friendly greeting and very helpful. The corridors are a little dated but redecorating is in progress. My room was great - and the view! So, so beautiful. Fantastic location and great value for money, I can't recommend highly enough.
