Beware: Parking charge despite having a hotel reservation. Very annoyed to find out on checking in that we had to pay a 17 euro parking fee to park our car. I find this completely unacceptable and underhand. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. The bathroom was poor with a terrible shower that would only direct water at the wall and had a screen that kept hitting you while showering. Rooms very basic. Will not stay here again because of the underhand parking fee. What nest, charging for WiFi or water usage?

The hotel itself was nice, clean, and offered a great buffet breakfast. For an affordable hotel, the breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the staff seemed to get easily stressed and overwhelmed during busy periods. Since the hotel caters heavily to Disney guests, I feel they should anticipate the peak hours and have enough staff available to handle the crowds. The biggest downside was the shuttle situation after Disney closes. The shuttle is shared with other nearby hotels, so getting back can be extremely chaotic. People were running, pushing, and rushing just to get on the bus, and the hotel didn’t seem to have much control over the situation. The shuttle only runs for about an hour and a half after Disney closes, which makes the window pretty tight. Once the shuttle stops, your options are basically taking a taxi or walking back. So, learn from our mistake: leave Disney a little earlier if you want to avoid the shuttle chaos or be prepared to pray you make it, OR SPLURGE to disneyland hotels 😂 Overall, still a decent stay. The cleanliness and breakfast definitely made up for some of the shortcomings.

Breakfast was okay but you cannot take any bags in or remove any food, which is fair enough but if that’s what you plan then it won’t work. Clean, basic hotel and comfortable as basically somewhere to sleep and wash as too busy in Disney all day.

Room is very clean, bed was comfy and the blackout curtains mean you get a good night’s sleep. There are plenty of distractions for the kids on site, our son loves seeing the parrots an the farm animals. Staff are polite and efficient a the breakfast staff are friendly. Breakfast is varied enough to set you up for the day, though more free from options would be a valuable addition. The shuttle is great but how busy it is can be an issue and the frequency isn’t always what it says on the screens.
