"Very nice front desk staff. Some of the appliances in the hotel room were incredibly outdated, but you could tell they were slowly modernizing them. The A/C worked well enough, not super cold but still comfortable. Really nice partial ocean view, and having a washer/dryer in the hotel room itself was beyond convenient. Quiet and clean, would stay here again!"

"Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management."

"Kim was fairly prompt with replying to my messages. The AC unit was not working properly and it was replaced within the same day that it was reported.The unit was not thouroughly cleaned. A few roaches were in the kitchen and ensuite bathroom. There was heavy dust in some areas. The back porch was filthy. There was no lighting in the front nor back of the unit, which caused a safety hazard when dark.The pillows were gross and nasty... old and soiled. There was not an ironing board, although the listing had it under Services and conveniences. There were no towel bars nor toilet paper holders in the bathrooms.We would not recommend this unit to anyone.day it x was reported."
