Run down and neglected hotel with a great staff.

This hotel resembles what I would imagine a hotel would look like after a zombie apocalypse. It is worn out, ignored and generally looks like a dump. Hot tubs have plywood over them, most of the restaurants are permanently closed, as is the spa. It's walking distance to a lot of places on the main strip along the beach but the property itself is in terrible condition. The staff was wonderful and friendly but Westin is letting them down by letting the property fall into disarray.

I booked with breakfast and club house access, but the front desk told me it was not included. Later i figured my own that i should have an access and had to talk to the front desk to get them. No hot water, asked to change the room, and the hotel offered to downgrade from royal suite to queen suite or junior suite. Cannot believe what happened at this place. I believe all this is racial discrimination because usually asians cannot speak english and cannot talk it out to the front desk.

Some of our housekeeping requests were not provided. None of the toiletries were replenished, even the toilet paper spines were not replaced and left hanging empty. Bathroom was also not thoroughly cleaned.

駐車場は無料で近く使いやすい。　少し汚れているのは気になります。　ホテル内の設備は多少古くなっていますがキレイに掃除されています。

The bed was the best part. But you can tell that the hotel is not a priority for the company that owns it. Little things need attention. The area in general has seen better days and I’m not sure if better days are ahead either.

気に入った点：室内が清潔で、睡眠も良く出来たところ、 ホテルの前が海辺という立地が良かった。 残念な点：ホテル内の施設（高級ブティックやお土産などの店舗が少なかった点とレストランが閑散としていた点

プールがビーチに直結していて海はとても楽しめた。 プールはとても小さく、少し水も汚く感じた。1日中泳ぐのは厳しい。 ランドリーは洗濯機、乾燥機が4台ずつ。ただし乾燥機はうち2台が滞在中ずっと故障。平日夜中なら空いていたが、それ以外は混雑で使用できないことが多い。 ホテル内のレストランはメインダイニングのビュッフェレストラン以外にも和食、イタリアンなどあり期待していたが、平日はほぼ営業しておらず、ホテルから出ずにのんびりしたかったのに、結局食べに出なければならず、とても不便。 立地は良さそうに見えるが、ホテル前の信号機が全く青にならない。5、6分どころの話ではなく、信号待ちの小さい人混みができるレベル。このため、ホテル前のABCストアに行くにも一苦労。これはホテルの問題ではないと理解しているが、立地という意味では不便ではある。

ベッド、枕は快適な寝心地でした。 エグゼクティブルームを利用したのでクラブラウンジが使えたのはよかった。 朝食ビュッフェも楽しめました。 ただバスルームは５つ星ホテルというには残念。 シャワーブースは水漏れ必至で、トイレがセパレートされていないので家族誰かが使うとドレッサー含めバスルーム全体が使えなくなるのはどうかと思いました。ロケーションは凄くよかったです。

I went this hotel for 9night and 10days Everything went wrong with 5 star hotel.. first this is not 5 star hotel more like 4 for overall and 1 for front desk staff. Over the 10 days all i heard was lying and excuse. First day took me 50 minute to check in and tired for traveling I want to take a shower, no towels.. call the front desk and told me right away bring me the towels but took over 1 hrs to bring it. 3rd day the room was not clean till 7 pm all i heard was short staff.. ask for clean the room before 2 pm never happen. All managers named amenda and karina and another night shift manager were also poor management. It was first time in Guam but location and all the good things I recommend Dusit Thani hotel. Please read the review and enjoy staying at different hotels except this lying staff.
