Charming 2BD Private Condo for Families/ 3 beds / washer and dryer in building

HE SPACE:
Centrally located to the city. 5-10 minute drive to Beach, Hotels, Chamorro Village, Shopping, Restaurants, Shops and More! Agana Shopping Center, Payless and Jude Church only 200 meters away. Newly renovated and fully furnished! It is just what you need to make yourself at home on the beautiful island.

This condo unit includes free cable television, wireless internet, and a phone that operates for free local calls. The kitchen is also fully stocked with amenities, including a washer & dryer, stove and oven, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and the essentials to prepare a delicious home cooked meal.

Shampoo, body wash, soap and towels are also provided upon check-in.

***PICTURE ID IS REQUIRED FOR EACH GUEST OVER THE AGE OF 18. WHOMEVER IS BOOKING MUST ALSO SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT.***

GUEST ACCESS:
The unit comes fully furnished with toiletries: one queen bed and one full bed, face/ body towels. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, night stand with lights, hairdryer, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hangers.

GETTING AROUND:
A rental car is the most ideal as you will have at least 2 parking spaces and driving distances on Guam are very short. Average driving time to most destinations is only 5-10 minutes. A drive around the Island can be done without stops in less than an hour!

    Best value for a rental

    This is the second time we’ve rented with this host and we will definitely be returning. Unit was clean and had all the essentials of an apartment. Air conditioning was comfortable and cold.
