We arrived at 3 in the morning and needed a place to sleep for our family. We knew immediately that we would not be staying the rest of our reservation. Come morning the shower was hard to function, water pressure was nonexistent and hot water was nowhere to be found. We quickly gathered up our belongings and checked out. The staff was understanding and refunded the remainder of our stay.

Pros: Big clean room. Cons: elevator not working, not much continental breakfast, just don’t count on it. Shower water flow is so low and hot water last 30seconds and revert back to cold. It’s intermittent even if it’s on maximum hot temp.

Upon arrival staff and Front Desk was welcoming and made it very easy to check in. Elevator was down but they accommodated and helped us bring our stuff up to the room. Although it was during a storm and amenities were off limits, it was still a great stay. I’d book a stay here again because of the great customer service they had. Rooms had a good amount of space and many storage space, bed was comfy, and backup generator kicked it quickly when the island power died, that was a plus!!!!

As someone familiar with the island, the location is quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants, and airport. Staff are extremely friendly, rooms are comfortable, clean, has a rooftop pool, nice gym, and the bed is extremely comfortable! For the price, definitely worth it!
