I love coming here to relax. It’s clean, comfortable, decorative. Rooms are spacious. Reasonably priced. Easy check-in. Very friendly staff. It’s my favorite hotel.
We loved it being close to the town centre with their shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has a good restaurant too. The rooms have a lovely little balcony with a great view of the mountains.
Stunning views, brilliant service and a room that was spacious, stylish and very clean. The sauna, plunge pool and jacuzzi made for a really relaxing stay.
Ski trip with my family. Stayed for 5 nights and found it very convenient for Saint Gervais ski and eateries. Hotel is in a quiet location too so slept well. Only real issue was that the bar wasn’t open We’d and Thurs during our stay.
Reception staff were very good.
Lovely hotel and spa - clean, nice rooms, bar and live music on one day we were here…
One thing I would mention is that for late arrivals, please help arrange a taxi for guests coming from the train station in addition to providing information about places to eat after 9:30-10pm. We were led to believe by reception there were no restaurants open after 10pm hour but later discovered the entire village with options including take out pizza late night. Looks like a training opportunity for reception staff…
We had a wonderful stay, staff all very friendly (reception and bar) and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and provided a great base for the two of us on a short snow trip. Spa lovely too - but make sure you book to use it.
We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as felt it was expensive so can’t comment on food but as a room only stay it was fantastic.
Modern hotel with close parking. Easy walk to the village center. We were fortunate to have a Mountain View room. Check in gentleman was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately did not have enough time to experience the spa.
Loved this property, our room and the staff. They have a reservable spa, with hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna.
Also, its and elevator ride away for Parc Therme, which is a reservable day spa, go early afternoon for a great themed and unique water healing experience.
The restaurant and food was very tasty, we just ate there.
Quiet non-touristy mountain town. Quaint.
The hotel was in a great location and had basic amenities for a weekend stay. It is called out as a spa hotel and the facilities are quite small and some basics were not provided in the rooms that I’d expect at a place calling itself a hotel and spa (like body lotion), but the bed itself was comfortable, the balcony view nice and clean. I did have treatments in the spa which were fine but the jacuzzi, pool and sauna were very small and not the most relaxing.
Also, I had booked a triple room and it was very very crowded so would not suggest for more than 2 people.
We used this hotel for a family ski break for February half term on a B&B basis. The hotel is very nice and stylish throughout. Our room, a junior suite (family room) was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious with two lovely beds. The bathroom was terrific too with a huge tub as well as a separate modern powerful shower just perfect for our requirements. The breakfast service each morning was fine if not a little frantic. Good varied options but things were always running out and the staff just seemed run off their feet just trying to cope each day. We didn’t eat in the restaurant on evening due to a bad experience on night one where out kids (9 & 11) were just so tired after travel and a day skiing that we just wanted takeaway pizza to take upstairs to our room. This was an absolute farce, we were made to feel like a complete inconvenience for requesting this and the subsequent wait was an hour and a quarter. We eventually got back to the room, kids had fallen asleep hungry and the pizza’s we had were just terrible. We actually commented between us as to how on Earth can you make a bad pizza?!!
We also chose this hotel because it had a pool. After a day on the slopes it’s lovely to stretch out for us and the children. That didn’t happen. The pool is closed to children after 16.00 so basically unless you cut your day very short skiing you kids are unable to use the pool area. We question this to the staff and they were apologetic but unwilling to do anything about it.
