This place is amazing! I stayed with my friends traveling abroad and the staff was so kind and helpful. The property felt clean, safe, and was in the perfect location for skiing and shopping!
We really loved our stay in this hotel! It was so conveniently located and since we booked a suite with a kitchen we were able to make meals and it had what we needed for the whole meal.

A very nice rental in Chamonix. Extremely central location. Modern. Comfortable beds, good bathrooms.
A few maintenance issues while we were there, e.g. TV only showing a couple of channels. We flagged this to reception, but it wasn't addressed during our week long stay.
Excellent stay. Everything we needed. The view of Mont Blanc was really good, and the location is excellent. The only slight negative was we found the upstairs to be really warm, almost uncomfortably warm during the night.
We requested Mountain View’s which were stunning and quieter than lower rooms. Spacious living and sleeping arrangement, even with our own Christmas tree. Comfortable beds and very clean. Maid service every other day. Great location tucked behind the main high street, shops and restaurants and 5/10 min walking distance to ski bus stops. Would happily return to Hotel Genepy.
Very centrally located, we could walk everywhere including the MIDI cable car and the alpine roller coaster. We could see Mt Blanc right from the apartment windows 😊 Restaurants and grocery stores within one block. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our hot water failed one evening and they had the technician work at night to fix it. There are 7 parking spots, so book parking early if needed. The elevator if very very small, so consider getting a lower floor if stairs are a problem. One improvement request - may be replace physical keys with key cards - we could not figure out a way to lock the door from the outside and still have someone open from inside, so had to leave the door open when we left kids in the apartment.
We had a fantastic experience at Le Génépy! They were quick to reply to our questions and very accommodating. The building is very charming, the apartment is large and comfortable and location is a stone’s throw from everything. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Would’ve loved to spend more time there!
Good value for a short stay. My family and I stayed for 1 night in a 1 bedroom serviced apartment and had a little more than the basic amenities in a standard hotel. The photos in the booking page did not look like our apartment. Quite basic aesthetics. Overall good accomodation.
We booked last minute and was surprised to get this apartment. It was clean and spacious for the 2 of us for and overnight stay as we wanted to climb mint Blanc the following day.
Very central and easy to find. Everyone was pleasant at checking and check out. And we were allowed to leave our bags and pick up later.
Really a wonderful location in the city centre , 50mt from supermarket.
Apartment modern, clean and comfortable
Nice outdoor area with table and chairs
Pet really welcome
Parking place really useful, to be booked (only 15€ per day)
No fridge but in vacation you can survive without .
The only issue is the missing air conditioner, I know in mountain location is no need but this year in August was really hot and in the apartment as well.
Check in was at hotel across the street. Didn’t see back entrance to that hotel so gps took me around the block to go in. Staff was friendly and showed me to apartment. It was very big, very clean and modern. Was allowed a min to unload bags in front of apartment then park at parking deck 5 min walk away.
Nice apartment well situated in Chamonix. Reasonable price. We had a hard time making the oven work but we found instructions on Internet with model number.
I’ve stayed here in the past and the level of service and quality was higher in the past. There was more care and attention to detail. For example, in the past when I’d left my luggage in between stays, it was waiting for me in my room when I returned. This time, they didn’t give me any tags for the luggage, it sat in an unlocked room and when I checked in and asked for it the reception desk said ‘try that room there’ and made no effort to assist me. I had to dig my luggage out from the back behind all of the other bags. And no one checked to verify it was mine. The bath products used to be higher quality. There used to be a Bose stereo in the rooms, now there is none. Overall it is a great place for a longer stay given the kitchen. The location is great and offers views of Mont Blanc and is quiet and the beds are very comfortable.
We absolutely loved our stay in a large apartment with great views of the mountain. We had a fully equipped kitchen which was great as well as a sitting area and large bedroom which also had great views and a small balcony. The hotel is located very centrally with a supermarket right next door and a quick walk too many restaurants and shopping.

The lift is out order for 2 days! We are a family of two adults, one kid and two elderly with 4 big suitcases!
Just 3 bath towels offered for fifth-pax family!
At the last day, the car park gate was out of order and I have to get the key from reception and go back to the gate again!
