Location was excellent as was skylight with mountain top view, tub and the spa included with stay (hot tub and sauna). Ask for a robe to use spa. There was fan sound in the room’s bathroom that was bothering me. The front desk staff person said he’d see what’s possible but all he did was go to the room and say he didn’t hear it. Otherwise, the staff was nice. The location is right accross from the tourism office - staff there were also very helpful.

I stayed in one of the top floor rooms this time, and didn’t know the window opened at first- it was late summer and hot in town! After opening the window, it was much cooler. The local businesses got deliveries in the morning, but that’s all a part of being so close to the main strip! Love the location and don’t plan to stay anywhere else in Chamonix. Absolutely adore the patio also, my wife and I got some meats, cheeses, wine and a baguette to have a picnic dinner one night. Lovely.

Beautiful setting in the centre of Chamonix, surrounded by the mountains. There was a spa / hot tub which was nice. The room was small and the layout a bit awkward. There were stairs above the toilet which meant the ceiling was low and you had to be careful not to bang your head when you stood up. Quite noisy, there was a big race in Chamonix with music and announcements going on late into the night. The room was hot so we had to keep the window open. Also the hotel was hosting a party one evening in their courtyard which was right below our window. It was very noisy and staff were unable to tell us what time it would be finished or change us to a quieter room. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay I would not recommend this hotel.
