"We visited in August - There were lots of little amenities that made a big difference! The location is great as well. While two of the three bathrooms are very small, it was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom! There are a lot of homey touches and thoughtful amenities, like DVD's and working players, some books, a guest book, which was fun to look through, a binder with all the local activities and dining info, a well-stocked kitchen in regard to appliances, dishes, cutlery etc., a washer and dryer with detergent, a printer (we used it to print the parking passes), room fans, a bike and helmet, a grill (and more). There are several items that would be super handy in the winter, like a drying station for gloves and boots and ski/snowboard storage, a sled etc. Communication was great, instructions for check in and logistics was clear and detailed. Definitely recommend!"

"Problem with hot water and hot tub but respond was quick to fix problem. One of the two units we stayed in had locks on bedroom furniture bathroom cabinets kitchen cabinets and pantry. This is ridiculous in my opinion to pay over 15k and be denied access to furniture to put clothes in, store food etc. I own a condo in orange beach al and do not restrict my visitors from anything in the condo"

"Mary Beth and her team are really amazing - they bend over backwards to resolve anything that comes up, no matter how minor. In over a decade of VRBO rentals, no other host has ever come close to this level of service. The unit(s) are very clean and a warm inviting environment. The kitchens are very well stocked with numerous appliances, and even a few staple food items. My only request is to provide more storage space in the kitchen (we brought a lot of food)!Thank you for a great stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at John’s condo. This was our second time staying there and we would absolutely book it again. The condo is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and inviting from the moment we arrived. It feels more like a mountain cabin than a condo inside, which is exactly the vibe we love. It was well stocked with everything we needed and has laundry in the unit, which made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also excellent—less than a mile to the Village, so it’s easy to enjoy restaurants, shopping, and activities. The community amenities are another plus. We stayed in the summer so the pool was heated and the kids loved swimming while the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi. The rec room with ping pong and foosball is a fun bonus our whole family enjoyed as well. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-appointed condo in a great location, this is it. Highly recommend—we can’t wait to come back!"
