"We were advertised a balcony but the fire escape really cut off the usable part of the balcony. Great to have the fire escape handy but it wasn’t quite usable as a balcony room! As well, the room was not thoroughly checked as we found food in the fridge from the previous tenants. The view was OK as we saw the mountain from the shared portion of the balcony as our portion looked into other chalets. Try and get a front facing balcony for a better view! Parking was limited so we had to park on the street."

"Problem with hot water and hot tub but respond was quick to fix problem. One of the two units we stayed in had locks on bedroom furniture bathroom cabinets kitchen cabinets and pantry. This is ridiculous in my opinion to pay over 15k and be denied access to furniture to put clothes in, store food etc. I own a condo in orange beach al and do not restrict my visitors from anything in the condo"

The home was extremely comfortable, super clean, had everything we needed, and we had absolutely zero issues throughout our stay. The proximity to Canyon lodge was a major advantage, allowing us to easily walk over whenever we wanted.Adventure Refined continues to impress us with their quality and attention to detail. Their team did a great job of checking in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely book again with them for our next vacation in Mammoth. Highly recommended!"
