"This hotel is really great! Great staff, thank you everyone! Nice warm saltwater pool, lovely quiet room, everything just perfect. One thing to keep in mind, especially if you are the person who travels with dogs or kids and likes to keep that "one extra bag of crap in the car just in case" - it's valet only (included in the daily parking of 35 dollars), and you won't be able to get those sneakers/jackets/other stuff from the car unless it's brought out of the garage again. The valet service is great and they won't mind, but of course you don't want to bother them because you left that sunscreen. So just try to take everything with you."

"We visited in August - There were lots of little amenities that made a big difference! The location is great as well. While two of the three bathrooms are very small, it was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom! There are a lot of homey touches and thoughtful amenities, like DVD's and working players, some books, a guest book, which was fun to look through, a binder with all the local activities and dining info, a well-stocked kitchen in regard to appliances, dishes, cutlery etc., a washer and dryer with detergent, a printer (we used it to print the parking passes), room fans, a bike and helmet, a grill (and more). There are several items that would be super handy in the winter, like a drying station for gloves and boots and ski/snowboard storage, a sled etc. Communication was great, instructions for check in and logistics was clear and detailed. Definitely recommend!"

"Problem with hot water and hot tub but respond was quick to fix problem. One of the two units we stayed in had locks on bedroom furniture bathroom cabinets kitchen cabinets and pantry. This is ridiculous in my opinion to pay over 15k and be denied access to furniture to put clothes in, store food etc. I own a condo in orange beach al and do not restrict my visitors from anything in the condo"

"Mary Beth and her team are really amazing - they bend over backwards to resolve anything that comes up, no matter how minor. In over a decade of VRBO rentals, no other host has ever come close to this level of service. The unit(s) are very clean and a warm inviting environment. The kitchens are very well stocked with numerous appliances, and even a few staple food items. My only request is to provide more storage space in the kitchen (we brought a lot of food)!Thank you for a great stay."
