"The room size was great. The structure of the shower, toilet, and sink was a bit strange, a room within a room and the sink was inside the room. The property has lockers to save ski equipment. There is a bus station just in front the hotel. In general good location in town. Great staff. The food at the restaurant not very tasty."

"We absolutely loved this hotel! We had amazing views and relaxation from our balcony overlooking the lake. The room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed! We also loved the small details — the robe and slippers, blankets for sitting on the balcony, adapter plug, umbrella, etc. The Le Table restaurant in the hotel was amazing also. The quality of the meal for the low cost was unbelievable. Pro tip: If you are on the fence between a lake view terrace or a lake view balcony, go for the balcony. It’s the exact same view. Can’t wait for our next visit! "

"An Unforgettable Combloux Stay! Our stay at Chalet Alpen Valley in Combloux was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location alone is hard to beat and perfectly positioned with easy access to the Beauregard ski lift and surrounded by some of the most beautiful alpine scenery imaginable. The suite was breathtaking, with a stunning view overlooking Mont Blanc that we never got tired of admiring. Waking up to that panorama each morning was truly magical. The suite itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds that guaranteed a great night’s sleep after a day in the mountains. Dining was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent with high-quality ingredients, delicious flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made every meal feel special. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a beautiful, memorable experience, whether you’re relaxing in the spa, enjoying the cinema, or simply coming back from a day on the slopes. Chalet Alpen Valley is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return.
