"I'd give the staff 10 stars if it was possible. All staff were incredibly hardworking and kept the resort incredibly clean. Every single amenity looked as if it were brand new as they kept everything so clean. The only knock I'll give the resort is that it caters to both families and the ~20 year old American's there to party. While it was fun watching how much they drank, we were woken up at night many times from various groups coming back to their rooms. However, I'd say this was a marginal knock and overall I still loved our stay here!"

"Upon arrival, we were greeted with the kindest staff. Being a VIP member with Expedia got us a room upgrade and $105 room credit. Our upgrade was amazing! Down by the beach with a beautiful view. The resort was clean and meticulously maintained and cared for. We only experienced one pool but it was nice. The food at the restaurants onsite was really good. The Japanese restaurant was my favorite. The golf cart rides to and from were efficient. My husband did the golf. He said it was really nice. If planning on staying here, I’d recommend getting their app beforehand to reserve golf or spa or some of the finer dining that requires reservations. I unfortunately wasn’t able to get a spa day. Wish I woulda downloaded the app sooner. We had an amazing time and I highly recommend this place. Thanks for making our first trip to Cabo a wonderful experience. "

"You’re definitely paying for a million dollar view when you rent this house. The bedrooms are all large and the beds all very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The main living area on the top floor was beautiful and comfortable for all the guests. The instructions for check in were timely and detailed. We were moving from another air B&B that day and had to be out early but couldn’t check in till 4 and they graciously allowed us to store all our things in their garage until we could check in. We had my daughter, husband and 5 year old flying in that day and I knew they’d be hungry so we stopped at a store at the bottom of the entrance to Pedrigal and picked up some stuff to make appetizers. Much to our surprise when we arrived at check in there were two wonderful ladies making us the most amazing and delicious appetizers! It was a surprise and such a treat. The pools were heated comfortably the entire week and my granddaughter really enjoyed swimming every day. Having said that, the description of the house needs to be updated. The elevator apparently hasn’t worked for months. And it’s only for cargo anyway. The host sent someone to help us with our luggage when we arrived as we are all senior citizens and the stairs are many. The description also said we had access to a gym, but that’s no longer true. The second floor pool area needs updated, stuffing coming out of cushions and broken cane seating on wicker.We put towels over everything and it worked"

"The condo was wonderful. We had the best views of the ocean and downtown. Loved the newer pool with the hot tub and met many new friends! Bibi was the best. We will be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Montecristo and we can’t wait to return! The property is stunning! Palm trees, beautiful colorful flowers, and cliffs over looking the beautiful ocean. Staff goes out of their way to help you in any way. Everyone we met was friendly and kind. There are multiple restaurants throughout the property. Shuttles also run to the other Pueblo Bonito resorts and all are included on the all inclusive plan. This was our first time here but won’t be our last. If I had one con, it would be that they were a little pushy about the timeshare presentations. On a short trip with our kids, I didn’t want to waste an afternoon on a presentation. I wish there was alternative options… maybe an online webinar that could be viewed not during vacation? I’m sure it is a wonderful place to have ownership but didn’t want to take away from our vacation. "

"The Ocean view was not as advertised, the spa was not functioning properly it did not heat the pool was not clean. The most important part was the the road was not meant to be traveled on with a small car, it was more suited for a high clearance 4 wheel drive. I mentioned this to the staff and informed that excess to the property was no reason for a cancellation refund. This property is not safe. I would highly recommend that Hotels.Com not represent this property. I opened a chat with Hotels. and never got a reply. We left after the first night and booked much nicer and safer hotel for the remainder of our vacation. I would request Hotels.Com help me resolve this issue."
