"Overall, the resort was great! We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our experience. The staff were great, especially the golf cart drivers and Gabriele, the front desk staff member who assisted us during check-in. She was very nice, accommodating, warm, friendly, and welcoming. I truly wish every guest could receive that same kind of treatment from everyone working at the front desk because she really made a great first impression. The all-inclusive package was also great. Fine dining is optional and completely your choice, but there is an additional cover charge. There were seven of us, so whenever we chose to have dinner at one of the fine dining restaurants, we ended up paying almost $400 per dinner, plus tip. We knew it was optional, so that wasn't really an issue for us. The only negative experience we had was with what appeared to be VIP guests or guests who were recognized by the staff. Whenever these guests arrived, it seemed like the attention of the servers immediately shifted toward them, and unfortunately, the other guests were sometimes forgotten. I completely understand providing excellent service to VIP guests, but I also feel that every paying guest should continue to receive the same level of attention and service. No guest should feel forgotten simply because another guest may be considered a VIP."

"Property was very clean and spacious, excellent location (try the Japanese restaurant right beside it if you’re hungry) . There was no front desk staff only 24/hr security. My only complaints were that the main entrance had no AC or even a little water. We accidentally went to the San Jose location and it had both, so we were shocked when we arrived to Cabo and it was so hot, my mother almost passed out. I felt bad for Luis the security that was stuck in the heat (he was very sweet he offered us his little fan while we waited). Also you cannot check in before 4pm (which is the listed check in time). We were told the room is “being cleaned” we had to leave our luggage in the main entrance and go grab a bite."

"Great option for our family. Spacious house with stellar views. Few minor maint. items. No A/C on arrival which was remedied. Entry courtyard fountain out of order. Overall very clean. Staff upon arrival were accommodating. Love the access to other areas around Quivira. Our son golfed and loved the experience. Would utilize this location again."
