"Check in/out time on Hotels.com is 3pm/1pm. We requested an early check in weeks in advance and were told that check in was at 3 and they didn’t make any effort to get us in early. Fine, we get it. The day of, we messaged and asked again on a whim if we could get in early. This time we were told that check in “began” at 3:30. So after the listed time. "Really excellent place. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the connected cafe, Living Café, is wonderful and also staffed with a bunch of friendly people. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have a working desk in the room. That being said, they have a nice work area for guests."
