Everything was great. Locations, shopping, transportation, staff, food, etc. Just a little tiny comment about the bathroom, the air extractor didnt work and the bathroom's door doesnt't keep open unless you block with a suitcase or something. It would be great if the manager could check on that. Otherwise, excellent hotel I would stay here again!

Excellent service, Beside an inconvenient that we confront the first day with an attendant who was rude and racist his name was Nico. The hotel Manager Paula knew exactly what to do to revert the situation and compensate everything we are very greatfull and satisfy with the hotel totally recommended.

Mediocre experience

The experience was mediocre. The shower water was tepid, there was no hand towel (only shower and feet towels), no napkins in the bedroom (a standard in other hotels), the breakfast was not good (e.g. insipid ham, dry pastries, no natural yogurt), and the registering process very uncomfortable: I was asked to give my family notebook ("Libreta familiar" in Spanish), because I was registering with my son. Although I understand the protocol for safety reasons, I wasn't given any explanation other than "protocol" (nor in a kind way). In sum, an uncomfortable, mediocre experience.

Lo malo, cuando tomé la reserva en Expedia, me dejaron claro que el desayuno y taxes estaban incluídos. Posterior al checkin me exigieron pagar los taxes y desayuno de 1 de las habitaciones. Considero muy poco ético el sistema. En recepción me indicaron que debía leer la letra chica de la oferta.

Excelente localização e bom custo benefício

Excelente localização e padrão Ibis de hotel com relação ao estilo de acomodação e atendimento. Deixou a desejar na limpeza do quarto e banheiro, que tinham poeira e manchas encardidas e visíveis nos azulejos. Ar condicionado com mofo e poeira acumulado de muito tempo, o que nos surpreendeu por ser hotel de rede (sorte que não precisamos ligar). O café da manhã era bom, mas não tinha variedade. Durante os 5 dias de hospedagem foi exatamente a mesma coisa. O custo benefício acaba compensando por ser um hotel confortável e numa excelente região.

The price quality is good, the rooms are a little small, with a couple it is very small, the internet is very bad, the connection was lost very often, we informed one of the girls in reception, but it didn't solve anything, rather he got upset, they need more kindness, Nico was the one who treated us well, the girls badly
