The location is great, lots of restaurants around and the metro station was a block away from the hotel. The hotel itself had everything we could really need, free parking, minibar, which I needed to store medicine and the area around felt really safe.

Great central location, nice rooms with great amenities. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the staff was outstanding. Special thanks to Tamara for the service provided which was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious and shower\toilet is solid. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago.

Would stay again

Nice modern spacious room with comfortable king bed. Complementary water bottle provided. Breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh fruits and hot and cold items. Room wasn't made up until late in the day, after 3pm on one day. Area around the hotel was safe.

I had the chance to stay in this hotel before the renovations and unfortunately I have to say that not much has changed. The gym didn't receive any improvements and the pool area remains unchanged. It seems it was only an interior design renovation that add quite little to the overall experience. No amenities in the room in comparison to similar hotels, such as coffee machine or kettle.

The hotel is well located, check in was very easy and they allowed us to check in early at no cost. The room was clean. There is no coffee maker or kettle to prepare tea. They gave us two complementary glass bottles of water, which I appreciated not being plastic. But to go further I believe hotels should have reusable water bottles filling stations at this point. When they cleaned the room, it was a bit lacking but ok. Provided small plastic bottles of shampoo, etc. again they should improve their Eco friendliness effort. Our flight was very late at night so they allowed a late check out for US$60.00 until 6 pm. Breakfast was ok but basic.

I was not given the room upgrade even though I showed them the benefits online and was told they did have availability. I was instead given a room with horrible views of the air conditioner units and construction that was underway in front of the building. The lady at the reception Elizabeth was not nice. I was given a room on the 4th floor and on the day I checked in they had a night club with loud music and party did not end until early in the morning. Hotel to my liking was average all in all apart from the room I was given.

The experience at Pullman was the same as a Holiday Inn so price/quality wise it was underwhelming. For that price, you better stay at the Hyatt Centric. Much better hotel and hotel facilities.
