"The location was great and the area was not busy like other parts of Ottawa. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms had all your essentials and then some: (Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, safe, USB-C/HDMI plugins.) Bed was comfy and you had 4 options for pillows. A solid stay overall, would recommend."

"Close to Carleton University so we always stay here for a night when we visit our son. The place is decent, clean, and price is reasonable. Lots of parking and has parking for a trailer which is great for when we travel with a trailer to haul our son's stuff in and out of his camous residence."

"I was very pleased with the hotel and its facilities. Just a 15 minute drive from Ottawa city centre and you get a large spacious room with free parking and free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely stay again. "

"Be ready to walk a bit, first from the parking to the reception, then from reception to the room. Although shopping was nearby, the walk was back to reception, then around the building to the shopping centre. If you see something missing, ask. The staff are very polite but don't offer. Oddly, they have equipment like irons but they don't keep track of the room where the iron is so there is a good chance they won't be able to find one for you."
