"The staff are great, the parking garage is terrible and the room not so great.Need a lot to maintain the washroom door so noisy, the toilet flush need to hold for long and we think the wash basin is leaking that makes floor wet every time we use it."

"The room I got had so much character, with a beautiful view of the water and city, even the windows were lovely. Everything was clean, bright and felt safe (older woman travelling alone for dr appointment). I enjoyed my room so much that I got room service and ate, looking out the window. The meal was visually beautiful and tasted wonderful. All staff were wonderful. Bed was comfy. For those who are chemically sensitive, the linens have a touch of scent. I would stay here again, can't beat the proximity to Granville Island."
