"Brand new and full of character. The rooms are tiny but designed well - just don’t stay with someone you’re not 100% comfortable with because it’s hard to do anything discreetly. Easy walking to good shopping and an excellent taco and brunch place right next door. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only recommendation I have is that the rooms need some more hooks to hang towels because it’s so small, there’s no place for two wet towels to dry."

"The house keeping staff was very accommodating. The restaurant menu was not extensive. While food presentation was very good, the quality was only fair to good. The servers were generally very good with one or two exceptions. The room and main meeting areas were always clean but the hallways on the upper floors and the elevators accumulated dirt/debris. The front desk was always very helpful. I would stay in the hotel again but may try some of the downtown restaurants. I note that several of the hotel staff went "above and beyond" in their service."
