"My favourite place to stay when in Vancouver. I'm here often and the staff is exceptional and the location cannot be beat. Checked in late on this particular trip, so the usual staff that recognizes me wasn't working - hoping they'd leave a note on my name/ account so that you're always greeted and welcomed back. Not a huge deal, just something to note."

"The price didn’t match the expectations! The hallways were very worn and the rooms really are dated. Very disappointing for our group. They had a sign saying remodeling, I think guests who are in the remodeled rooms should pay the rate we paid and guests in rooms yet to be renovated charged at a lower rate!!!!!! The hotel staff in the restaurant/bar were way under staffed."

"We arrived VERY early after a cruise and they were EXTREMELY accommodating allowing us to store our luggage as well as getting our room ready for us early. The roof deck is amazing"

"Our stay was wonderful. Only held back 1 star on maintenance because every time we plugged in the hair dryer, the lights went out in the bathroom and we had to phone downstairs to have them reset it. Great location, gorgeous room, extremely courteous and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it!"

"The only problem was that they didn’t say nobody is gonna clean that place for the entire stay time in the hotel! I asked them and they charge me about $85 for one time cleaning and it wasn’t clean at all. However the rest was good and place and price was good."

"The hotel was paid by our company for a business trip. We wanted to add breakfast to our package but we couldn't do it online or on the phone with reception. They told we should pay with a physical credit card at the hotel that made it a bit inconvenient for us . we paid with personal credit card and we claimed it later with our company."
