Central Park Tennis Center Tours and Activities

Like many hotels, and which is partly my mistake, they were charged 300 dollars when they arrived, which we were not informed about (we had already paid for the entire stay since the reservation). The advisors are confusing and have so many people waiting whenever I don't understand why it's impossible to have someone explain which ones you can use and which ones you can't, you see people coming in and out of each elevator making chaos. The staff does not even greet you or turn to see you when you talk to them, the rooms are nice but meh and they don't even clean them every day (they only laid the bed and I don't know they were carrying the garbage). The truth was horrible to arrive at the hotel and especially in the area, I do not recommend it or stay in that part of the city.

Clean, handy location,

The staff was very responsive when I asked for towels, or called with a maintenance issue etc. The negatives is that the shower was difficult to receive hot water initially. Maintenance resolved the isssue. Another factor was the telephones in the room were out of service due to local construction. We had to step out in the hall to make calls downstairs. Overall it was a good experience. Absolutely no amenities. No pool, no hot tub, nothing. That was a huge disappointment.
