"The location was great and the access to the beach is perfect. The property itself needs an upgrade. The plumbing- when you finish a shower the sink fills up. It just needs some TLC. The restaurant was horrible."

"The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Compared to the roadside motels I had stayed at earlier in the week, this one felt like pure luxury, LOL. The continental breakfast is pretty basic, but not bad."

"This place is the perfect spot! My only complaint is those insane bright lights out back. The stars are gorgeous at night and the bridge all lit up too. Such a perfect quiet place to stay and the restaurant was delicious and had great drinks!"

"This was our 1st stay at this hotel in Newport. The sign in area and restaurant area are beautiful. The room was clean, but if you have short likes, like I do, ask to have the bed lowered. (I didn't know they could do that until we checked out.) They could use some more comfortable chairs to sit in, if you plan to spend any time in your room. Loved the bathroom mirror. The spa-hot tub area is new and well presented and the hot tub was heavenly."
