I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows.
