"Great location on Keuka lake, needs more TLC for the price point. Owners are renting out while the house is listed for sale. Some rooms have new paint and well decorated, but the others are not photographed. There is no gym, this must be a listing error. overall the house needs a good cleaning and refresh, as there were spiders and webs in every room and covering the porch. Recommend for those who do not plan to do a lot of cooking as we found dishwasher broken, kitchen sink low water pressure;...

"I really liked how rural and secluded the property was, but was only 10 minutes travel from downtown Jamestown. The hosts were very friendly and I enjoyed getting up in the morning and watching the rabbits eat apples under the trees right outside the kitchen window. My only regret is not having more time to explore the house and property, there is so much history to be discovered. I absolutely plan on returning and experiencing it during the fall and winter seasons. Highly recommended!"

"What a wonderful experience our group had while staying here. Michael’s attention to detail in creating such a beautiful home with so many amenities and in helping us check in were truly unmatched. Michael is an incredible host and we spent a lot of time talking about when we could return and rent the home again. We’re so thankful for the amazing weekend we spent here. The outdoor theatre, the massage room, and all the living spaces were really exceptional. The grounds are unique and pristine....
