"Was not able to make it to the location due to ice on roads leading up to the nest. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned when booking the location that you needed snow chains to access the location. Our truck slid backwards on black ice in 4x4 and ended not being able to make it. We called the nest and they said they would be more than willing to refund but to contact Expedia to get it. "Hotel was good. Room was nice but needed a little touch up on the paint. Staff was lovely. Water pressure was fabulous! Restaurants were freezing which took away from the enjoyment of the meal. "
