"This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. "

"We were SO fortunate to find this beautiful property, located just 3 miles from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP entrance! The home is gorgeous, comfortable and modern. There's a full kitchen and refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and a gym with cable machine and free weights. The King bed is very comfortable, and the central air kept things cool.
