"Or room was very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean and very large. I checked in under AYoung. She was friendly and professional. I was checked out by SBrown. Today was his first day and he was wonderful. He was a good hire! I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Definitely a step back in time, and the rooms and amenities show that. It’s comfortable enough, but the mattresses are old. The carpets are faded. The paint is peeling off the walls and the tile in the bathrooms is chipped. Yes they’re renovating, but most of the rooms have not been renovated. There’s a charm to it, but it’s not always the most comfortable, especially when the sink doesn’t drain and the shower doesn’t give you any cold water, just scalding hot. Also when I arrived, the thermal baths were closed as there was a townwide outage, but that should’ve been put on the website so that people were aware and planned accordingly. Fortunately, the hot tub was working, but it too is in need of some repairs all in all, perfectly fine for a night or two, but don’t get too excited."

"The room advertised is not the room I got. They said the room in the photos are $300 . Really disappointed. I got a smoking room . It literally smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in the room."
