Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential - Downtown Little Rock

"Ashley checked me in and was very sweet. After getting to the room, I realized I didn't ask for the wifi password so tried calling down but got a weird message. A bit later, I receive a text from Ashley checking to see how I'm doing & if I need anything. She provided the wifi password & I was good. Another text from her later, checking in & then one from Juan the next day. Such a great personal touch. No complaints about the room. Breakfast was biscuits/gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals & breads. The hotel was very close to everything I wanted to see."

"The biggest positive of this hotel would be the staff. Everyone that helped us was excellent! We had some questions on our bill and they explained and fixed it right away. The room was very clean. Unfortunately, we did have some ants in the bathroom. The biggest negative was the fact that in an executive king room, there is no microwave and no mini fridge. I really thought those were pretty standard in rooms these days. Had a good experience and definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
