I was about ready to walk down to the front desk to ask for one, when one of the maids saw the look on my face and asked me if I needed anything. Through Google translate I told her my room was missing a blow dryer. She responded through Google translate that she would notify her Supervisor at once. I barely returned to my room when there was a knock on my door with a brand new blow dryer! I was profusely thanking her for her super service. "

"The room was a corner room on 13th floor great room great view they did everything we asked and more Bridget at front desk was great did great job getting us checked in and getting help for luggage and parking for our three days there One little hiccup ginger a bar server was rude to one of the people sitting with us sat night outside in the bar area just wanted you to know a great place to stay as everything was within walking distance and if not shuttle could take us and pick us up we would stay there again "

"The staff was friendly. The hotel seems newer than others and was clean. I wish that there were plain omelettes (no cheese), or yogurt/hard boiled eggs. Hard to choose on a low cal diet. Otherwise, it was pleasant and we plan to return."
