"Beautiful and serene setting with in a cozy guest house next to the main property. Linda and Bob were fantastic hosts as well as the lovely Memphis who occasionally came by to say hi. Perfect stay place to stay that's close to the city while feeling secluded and removed from the city. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommended!"

"It was a good location to get to the shops in SoMa area of Little Rock. I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. "This property was a fun stay! We ran into the property manager who was very kind and gave us a little tour and some background about the high school. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was close enough to downtown that we could walk and not have to deal with parking. The one thing we noticed could be better was the cleanliness of the place."
