"It was a great place, safe location, easy access 25/7, not too far from Centro Tulum, a car rental was ideal for us, as we had the opportunity to visit many Tulum gems around the area, Host was was so gracious, in helping with day to day things, and overall was a very stress free place to stay, a cab ride not too bad, but weekly car rental was great to go to ruins, cenote, and beach daily, and made the trip. "We were given the wrong lock box code and arrived on a Sunday late afternoon and could not contact Vacasa.Dirty towels, and not enough for the 2 weeks we were staying. No toilet paper whatsoever, no liquid dish detergent, no black out blinds, very uncomfortable sofa, uneven back patio (step up and step down to get to the only table outside). The patio covering provides good shade but is ineffective in the rain. Hot water for the shower was always sporadic and shower head needs to be replaced. Safe was not affixed to anything.The entire residential property was very quiet, even around the community pool. The table tennis and gym facilities were good and we felt safe. The security gate people were very friendly and helpful."
