"Very nice and helpful staff. The conditions of the hotel are not updated, sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. We did not used the pool but we noticed someone cleans it. It is far from downtown but the staff can get taxis."

"A very decent, economic place to stay right by one of the most beautiful places to chill on the lake (the ecological park). Originally booked 2 days, stayed 5. The rooms are spotless, the staff professional, friendly and accommodating, and the vibe chill and domestic. The breakfast is good. The location is fantastic. I walked to the ecological park every day to swim, tan and read. "

"This is a beautiful place. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful- it’s just a gorgeous place. We took a kayak out into the lagoon and visited a cenote and then had a swim. The food in the restaurant is delicious. It was a very short stay but we will definitely be back. Absolutely loved it. "
