"Learn the room types and make sure you get the room that you paid for. Lake View, Lake Shore should well be a view of the lake , or a room by the lake shore- I have a 360 view of the parking lot, but due to my terminal cancer, too weak to defend my rights from bait and switch bad business behavior. Who ever thought of punishing long-term, low-maintenance loyal guest? Greed. Yes, pay your bills, but for an extra $50? Honestly? So sad, compassion is out the window. Praise GOD for all good things and forgive the cold calculated people."

"They gave away my room, charged me for another room and hid for five days so they couldn’t get my refund. Also had talk to a front desk a day prior to check in and still gave away my room, More likely will have to talk to a lawyer"

"Breakfast was good. Maybe fewer carbs would be nice? Decor is a little dated Mediterranean or Mexican, but overall very comfortable, quiet, and clean."

"Check in was 5 p.m., not 4 p.m., due to computers down. Was given handicap room, but did NOT request. Paid for view, but had to overlook a non functioning jacuzzi with dirty sand bags, construction fence with fake ivy, etc. which blocked much of our view. Property is poorly maintained. Room had dirty and worn carpeting, dirty cloth footstool, missing trim pieces in bathroom, etc. Paint peeling outside, no cushions available for outdoor wicker furniture."
