The coffee maker was broken, but they did bring a new one. Otherwise, everything was great. They took care of the issues without any problem."

"The breakfast was shockingly good! I wasn't expecting that. I think they were blueberry muffins that were great!!! The staff was polite and friendly. Room was cleaned spotlessly. I personally am not a fan of carpet in any hotel, so that would be suggestion for them on their next upgrade. Remove the carpet and replace with LVP floors. The more Homewood Suites we stay at the more we look at them for future stays. You are getting consistently good stays."
