"Reception is on one of the upper floors of an office type looking building. No signage that states you are at the entrance of the hotel! The concierge came out and guided me in. Very weird, but apparently not uncommon in PHP. I wasn't too impressed with the immediate area. Looked a bit rundown, but only a short walk to shops, cafe's etc. Hotel was clean, staff are totally beautiful, and comfortable bed."
