Great hotel to stay in while in Cebu City. Staff were super friendly and attentive, room was large and having the kitchen and lounge area made it feel like we were staying in a home, not a hotel. Location was great and central to restuarants, the local mall and street food market.

The place is modern and clean. Excellent staff. The location is convenient for shopping. The rooftop view and swimming pool are amazing. Highly recommended.

This is a new block, less than two months old in operation. Very polite and friendly staff. I enjoyed the gym facilities twice daily . Swimming pool also clean . One drawback though, in the shower, the hot water system easily runs out. That’s not a good thing when you really need it but it’s all gone !.

Room was great had all we needed, Staff very friendly. Great price for what you is offered. Breakfast was awesome as it was at a near restaurant and you had a great choice. Would stay there again, very convenient to Cebu central.

The pool bar staff - DON was the most friendly and informative staff member in the hotel. Did not eat at restaurant

Great location great rooms

Amazing stay. The whole hotel was brand new and so clean. Room was spacious with big bed and very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. They helped us sort out any problem we had. Ariel the supervisor was great! The restaurant was a little expensive but service was great and such a relief to come back to the quiet environment after the hustle and bustle of the city. Would definitely stay there every time I visit Cebu

The people are just amazing

Summit Galleria, attached to Robinsons Mall was overall a great place to stay. Easy to get a grab car to the city centre. Close to all the historical attractions as we walked to them all from the hotel, finishing at Puso village for lunch. The food was fantastic. The cocktails delicious and outstanding staff, not only in the restaurant but the whole hotel. I would highly recommend Summit Galleria.

The staff were very friendly, professional and most helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast certainly got my day off to a great start. Harolds Hotel was equal to any of the five star hotels I've stayed at over the years. Congratulations to the staff and management and thanks for a great experience.
