Wonderful staff and service. The hotel is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, allowing and great rest, the shower is hot. Everything here is incredible, I would recommend this hotel to all 🙂

Our room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, no enough toilet paper (no extra inside the bathroom), towels look old and my son had bed bugs bite. The staff who accommodate us at check out time is too slow to handle difficult task. The deposit money was lost and was not able to do immediate payment. Staff still need to let the manager know and decide what to do. No initiative from the staff. We were late with our appointment due to this problem. Overall hotel is okay but too expensive for the price.
