"The view, the amenities, and the location are all perfect for a vacation spot in Avila. Close enough to town for a short walk, but far enough for a quite and peaceful stay. Open the windows, sit on the balcony and soak up the sound of the sea and the gentle breeze. It's light and bright and the kitchen is stocked perfectly! The host even left cookies and ice cream. Thank you - we had such a nice time!"

"Lovely and clean two story house with wonderful view of the ocean. Very private with very little nearby, but just a short drive into Cambria. Very small kitchen, and we had trouble with ants."

So, out of the nine units we have now seen or stayed in six of them. I can say, without a doubt, while ALL of the properties are nice, this one in particular is our favorite. "The rental is super functional with a gourmet high end kitchen, and beautiful well-cared for furnishings. The space was just perfect for me and my adult daughters. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the birds nearby. Loved the garage parking too! Everything was perfect!"

"My husband and I stayed here with our son (who goes to Cal Poly) just before he moved into his house. The space was perfect. Loved the big sliding glass doors off the kitchen that opened up to the deck. The location was great. We walked to dinner each night. We had to go back and forth to SLO during our stay and the drive was super easy. We will definitely stay here again."

"We love staying at this property. We’ve stayed here multiple times with our family and dog. It’s close to the embarcadero and within walking distance of everything. The home is clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the TV is a smart TV, so you can throw shows up on the tv from your phone or tablet. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we’ll definitely be back!!"

"This 2 bd 2 ba condo has everything needed to comfortably house a couple with two additional people. The Master bd has a queen sized bed and attached bathroom. The other room has 2 single beds, and there is a bathroom in the hall. The kitchen, living and dining areas are very nice and the view of the ocean is unbeatable. The unit we stayed in was on the second floor and had a deck with a bbq, on a small bluff above the beach. We had no issues and found everything to be in good working order and...

"The condo was perfect for us, 2 couples on long weekend. Super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The view was spectacular, and the sound of the waves was very soothing. Parking was easy, and we enjoyed walking into town. We ate at the Hidden Kitchen for breakfast and Lunada for dinner one night. Both were very good. We all agreed we would go back for another visit."
