Casuarina Coastal Reserve Holidays from NZ$2,115

Prepaying for breakfast was a poor decision. The breakfast was only available at a cafe around the corner from the hotel. There were only three choices on the menu, none of which appealed to us. We ended up going to another hotel each morning and paying for a good buffet breakfast. We therefore lost our money on the pre-pay at the hotel. Don't make the same mistake.

Room was nice, was tidy but lots of cleaning products left on shelves and looked like it hasn’t had a deep clean in a while, some appliances were faulty. Ideal location very central and close to everything - check in was easy enough but the parking was a bit confusing and the chat bot on the made comfy app wasn’t very helpful. Over all was a good stay and worth the price.

Everything great other than paying to have breakfast included but then finding out it was not added.Unable to find help with expedia.

Lovely apartments and awesome staff

Rooms were well presented, staff were friendly and helpful good location plenty of shops around the live music venues very close and very loud it was hard to get to sleep
