The older style accomodation was perfect for our family stay: large bedrooms with comfortable beds, easily sleeping three little children (and one Grandmother) in one room and Parents next door. The kitchen lounge area was aging and a bit shabby but functional. The unit had plenty of lovely fresh towels and bathmats. Great airconditioning. Overall we had a stress free stay.

This property may not be five star but it's certainly value for money. It's clean, a great kitchen with full fridge, comfy bed and more. We enjoyed a bbq by the pool and pool towels were supplied and management were helpful and pleasant. Other visitors told us they were happy too and by not spending all holiday money on accommodation there was extra outings we could do. Thanks so much Coconut Grove Apartments.

Older property but clean and functional. Friendly staff. Reasonable size rooms. The stairs are a bit of a nuisance especially when carrying the heavy luggage cases up 2 flights of steps.

The property is quite dated. More like an up market backpackers. It was clean and spacious with A/C. 2 flights of stairs however and a lift to the second floor is needed for disability access and heavy lugguage. A ground floor unit would have been preferable.

I would like start by saying that coconut grove is the nicest place to stay in Darwin and we stay these almost every time we stay in Darwin. But this time was not very pleasant because both the aircon where not working properly and the Temperature didn't drop below 26 degrees Witch was hard because we have a 7 mouth old baby and had to keep an eye on her all night so she didn’t over heat
