"This hotel is a gem, and the staff is incredible. The location was great for us. It is close to restaurants where locals actually eat and a short walk to all the major tourist locations. We loved our room with its towering ceilings and giant chandeliers. Every morning we woke up excited to have breakfast at the hotel, which was the best breakfast we had in Italy. It was delicious. The staff made everything very easy. I booked water transfers through the hotel, and they delivered perfect service. All we had to do was enjoy our trip. We were greeted at the train station and escorted to our waiting water taxi. We attended a gala dinner for Festa Del Redentore. The water taxi to dinner was right on time. The transfer to the airport was also perfect. If you let the wonder staff handle the logistics, you will have an amazing trip. They also offer a great tour of Murano. We were shocked to learn that there is no cost for the water taxi to and from Murano when planned with the hotel. We stayed at great properties in Rome and Florence, but this hotel in Venice was the best stay of our trip. Venice is already a special place, but a great hotel like this one makes it a 10/10. "

"Very nice and comfortable apartment. Great location. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not have the breakfast but walked about 30 feet from our apartment to a cafe for coffee and pastries. Very convenient."

"This was a great location for our vacation as it was centrally located to the things we wanted to see and do. We took the train to Venice and once we arrived, we needed to purchase tickets outside by the canal for the water bus. The hotel is on a canal which is lovely but it's not where the boat drops you off. You will need to walk about 10 minutes to the hotel. There is no elevator but the hotel has a lot of charm. The staff was very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small but roomier than what we had in Paris. The room was clean when we got there and was cleaned every day we were there. There is water and tea available throughout the day. The breakfast was great! The staff also helped us figure out the Alilaguna boat location and which boat to take to get to the airport (It will take about 1 hour 20 minutes from the dock to the airport.) Overall, a fantastic experience with this hotel!"

"The Hotel was lovely altho it was terrible to find but once there the hotel staff were great our adaptors wouldn't work in the room the man on reception brought some up which was a great help the hotel is very venetian the bathroom is lovely we had an excursion booked which meant we had to leave very early so would miss breakfast but the man on reception said its OK wel make you a breakfast bag up to take the breakfast we had there was nice lots of choice staff on reception are very helpful they couldn't do enough for us I would definitely stay here again we ate in the hotel next door on the left it was ok we also tried the restaurant on the right just around the corner that was beautiful I would definitely recommend the restaurant on the right we ate twice there and both times was fabulous one thing to be extremely cautious is the public water taxi stop in Mestre near the bus station we had two lots of 3 in a group pick pockets it was extremely frightening to have 3 large men trying to take our belongings we had this on 2seperate occasions there so be very very vigilant "
