Dear Ms Noelle,thank you for sharing your opinion. It will help our future guest to understand how to behave when booking for a service.I am not talking about the staff courtesy or its behaviour. I am sure, as usual, my staff kept controll and offered courtesy and services to you as to other hotel customers in house.I am talking about the situation that made you feel (your words) "threatened and unsafe from the time we checked in". To my opinion you were just feeling guilty for having refused to pay for what reserved.Let's go to the facts. Prior to your arrival, you asked our concierge desk to reserve a transfer service from Napoli airport. We mailed each other and agreed with the pick up time and rates. You received a contact number of the driver and the service had been confirmed.Unfortunately our driver never met you at the airport. At the time you were already in hotel, checking-in, the taxi driver called the hotel asking news about you. He had been standing at the arrival gate since the flight landed but never met you. You had probabaly arrived earlier or just catch the first available car at the arrival without considering you had a booked service. Netìither thought to advice anybody about your choice.Sorry but i need to say this was unrespectful.Again Your words "They did not refund the 2 unused nights and overcharged us for the city tax" Perhaps in your country you are really not used to pay for what you buy. In Italy we do pay tax and collect it by the guest on behalf of local administration.You refused to pay the taxi. We did pay because we care of workers, we care about people.You, paid your stay in advance. You, decided to leave earlier.I am sorry i cannot be in your mind.Your review distorts reality and it is defamatory.Yours Sincerely

Dear Zakir, i am sorry to hear this from you. I understand you were surprised the moment you realized your hotel was in Castellammare and not Positano as expected. That's not our fault but. Dear guests, yes we are definitely not the Amalfi coast but we are very close to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Pompei. Castellammare di Stabia is more like authentic south Italy town. We hope you enjoyed the stay by Hotel Miramare anyway. Thank you.

We propose our restaurant as first choice by the way sometimes people love eating somewhere else and we propose what's available in town. Capri Blu is generally pretty good.
