"Sehr ruhige Lage und angenehme Wohnung. Wir reisten als Familie (5 Erwachsene); Zentrum, Strand und Bahnhof sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Im kleinen Badezimmer war zeitweise ein unangenehmer Geruch (vermutlich Abfluss). "Very nice apartment close to the lake of Como. The apartment is clean, very spaceous and all you need from cleaning tabs and coffee machine to extra pillows and diverse equipment etc were included. We received a bottle of wine as welcome gift as well. Nice gesture from the landlord who is really nice and always helpful. There were also a few toys fir the kids in the apartment and a ball to play outside the door in a lovely small garden. "

"We spent 3 nights in a really large nice apartment suite with a balcony. We were next to the pool but it was quiet with a nice view of the lake and Monte Bre. The hotel overall is a bit tired and in need of fresh paint, but the grounds were very clean. We loved the pool for a cool break from the heat and crowds of Lugano. Its a trek to find restaurants, even with the bus stop. We found good dinners 12-15 minutes uphill or downhill and skipped dinner the last night. The staff were very friendly and attentive."

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"

Staff friendly and helpful. Level of English good when required. Air conditioning excellent. Parking good. Free in the sun. We paid for underground secutr parking. Good breakfast buffet."

"The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around €15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful! The area was kind of run down, but seemed safe."
