Lovely apartment with many helpful touches.

The apartment was lovely and had excellent electronic plug-ins. It had other amenities like washer, dishwasher, well stocked kitchen and pantry and free beverages. The beds were super comfortable, the best we have had all trip. The parking is for a compact car, ours was to big to fit, but there is pay parking just a block away in a church parking lot. There was a deli, and a very upscale restaurant very close. The view of the mountains was nice.

Wonderful good space with great light and air flow!

We had a great stay and we were there 6 nights. The place had parking (if you have a small car as the space is narrow but worked great for us). There is everything you could ever want for cooking and we really enjoyed all the drinks provided with a wonderful drink cooler. We don't drink alcohol, but there were plenty of other choices. You doing don't have to have a car to stay here but be familiar with the bus, we did figure out the bus for some traveling around, but our car came in handy for going to the grocery store. The neighborhood is wonderful and very nice to wake up to the wonderful view out the window. There is a nice tv viewing area and the dining table sits right in front of a great breeze thru a window. Also of note ask the host for the address via Google map link as VRBO provides a bad map location. Also, there are a few stairs to walk up, but for most people this is not a problem. There is a wonderful pizza place right near for quick food and a couple small markets if you need anything (if you are not used to it, make sure you look up the hours as most close by 6pm and have a time in the middle of the day, we are from the USA, so not as used to this, but once you know, no.problem). The host communicated well and was always there to answer questions which is a great benefit It takes about 30 minutes via bus to get down to the lake and if you rent an electric bike, I am sure that would be even more convenient. We would rent here again

Die Wohnung war toll und sauber. Die Getränke der Minibar sind kostenlos nutzbar. Im Garten ist ein Pool, der genutzt werden kann. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden außer ein Toaster. Es gibt nicht so viel Stauraum in der Wohnung.

Unser Gastgeber Andy, war sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar für Fragen und Hilfestellung. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Startort um das Tessin mit seinen wunderschönen Seen zu erkunden.

Ein guter Ort für zwei Wochen Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist rundherum gut ausgestattet. Wir haben und dort sehr wohl gefühlt auch wegen der netten Nachbarn. Es gibt viele USB-Steckdosen in der Wohnung, sehr praktisch!!! Wir haben den Balkon genossen und die leckeren Getränke, besonders den Kaffee. Die Anbindung mit dem öffnetlichen Nahverkehr ist wirklich gut. Es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu entdecken und wunderschöne Wanderwege für alle Schwierigkeitsgrade.

Un merveilleux séjour

Les jours précédents notre arrivée nous avons déjà eu quelques contacts par message avec le propriétaire. Les réponses étaient très réactives et précises. Une fois arrivés sur les lieux, nous n'avons pas été déçus, le propriétaire nous attendait sur place. L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description du site, tout était très propre. C'est un appartement très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. En allant faire nos courses à Comano le lendemain matin, nous avons eu la bonne surprise de voir un petit commerce juste en dessous de l'appartement. Les commerçants nous ont indiqué que les locataires du BnB avaient le droit à 10% sur tous les produits. La vue depuis le balcon est superbe et très calme. En bref, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Nous comptons y revenir et nous le recommandons à chacun.
