This beautiful and quiet 4-room apartment is located at the end of a private road on the lower floor of a two-family home, situated slightly above Lake Lugano. The apartment faces south and features a large terrace with a view of the lake and Italy.<br>Swimming in the lake is a 5-minute walk away. A grotto is a 5-minute walk away.<br>Parking is available right next to the house. <br><br>The apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a dining room, 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with 2 single beds (90x200)—2 bathrooms, each with a shower, and a recreation room with 2 pieces of fitness equipment (treadmill and exercise bike).<br>The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary dishes, silverware, and pans. It features a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and coffee maker (Nespresso).<br>The living room has a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi is available.<br>A travel cot (for children up to 2 years old) is also available upon request.<br>Non-smoking apartment.<br>The large terrace is accessible directly from all rooms.
