NEW UNIQUE APARTMENT , very spacious , ideal for two or three couples of quiet friends ( a fourth couple can be accommodated directly in the main house which is 1 km away directly on Lake Lugano gulf of Ponte Tresa ) who want to enjoy their holidays in serenity either by car or by public transport.
Suitable for sportsmen or lovers of the dolce-far-niente . Ideal for boat owners or those who play a musical instrument.
The flat is located above a Denner satellite and there are no other noisy neighbours. The 33 sqm reserved parking space can accommodate two or three cars (depending on the type of car) further parking spaces on request. An outdoor tool shed of 6.80 sqm is at your disposal for storing your bicycles. The entrance is separate and a flight of stairs ( 1.20 m wide ) leads to the flat . You can get rid of your shoes and jackets in the hallway before being greeted by the 53 sqm open space with a fitted kitchen, dining table seating eight, sofa and 65 inch LG mega screen (165 cm) to relax on. There are three rooms, two really spacious ones of 26 and 23 square metres (with double beds) and one of 14 square metres with a French bed. You will find a 'C.Giant' electronic piano with weighted keys to continue practising.
The proximity of the Caslano station of the Lugano - Ponte Tresa railway (140 metres as the crow flies) makes it a perfect destination for those using public transport . A path starts 100 metres away that takes you towards Pura and Monte Mondini , as does an asphalted road with limited traffic ( via Valcaldana ) ideal for starting your MTB and E-MTB tours around Malcantone . A public beach overlooking the gulf of Ponte-Tresa is 600 metres away. At 800 m you will find the Monte Sassalto ( Monte di Caslano ) nature park ( a tour of the mountain that runs along the lake or you can climb to the summit at 500 m altitude ( 250 m difference in altitude ). 850 m separate you from the Lugano Golf Club car park, which is also accessible by a walk along a mainly pedestrian street. One kilometre away you will find the Caslano lakeside with its small restaurants and ice-cream parlours, the lido and the promenade that takes you towards Agno, mostly along the lake. At 2.25 km you will find the mouth of the Magliasina river for swimming and picnics.
